Abstract

In the process of studying the spiritual heritage of any nation, it becomes possible to present its worldview and beliefs. Tatar novelistic dastans based on love stories are valuable, first of all, because they are monuments that reflect the history, life, and spiritual values of the nation. What's interesting: these dastans are preserved in people's memory as works that tell only about the story of two lovers. But their significance is not limited to the story of an unhappy love story. Tatar novelistic dastans are attractive because they are closely connected with religious ideology.

The relevance of this study is due to the insufficient study of the relationship of the Tatar novelistic dastans with the Muslim religion.

The subject of the article is the dastans of a love nature that are common among the Tatars as Takhir and ZukhraThe Legend of YusufSayfulmulukLeila and MajnunKuzy-Kurpyach and Bayan-silu.

The purpose of the article is to study the influence of Islam on the Tatar novelistic dastans, to identify the religious motifs and images used in the works, to determine the influence of this Sufi trend on this type of dastans. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: to identify religious terms and images related to Islam in the Tatar novelistic dastans, to consider their similarities with the motifs in the ancient Turkic and ancient Persian poems; reveal the relationship of the main characters to a single creator; to identify Sufi ideas in Tatar novelistic dastans.

This article uses comparative and historical typological methods.

In the article, the author defines the Tatar novelistic dastans, points out their distinctive features from the dastans of another character, on the basis of the analysis of the works, pays great attention to religious images, reveals the motifs related to the religion of Islam. In addition, the paper explains in detail the concept of Sufism, which played a major role in the formation of the Tatar poetry, justifies the partial presence of this idea in the Tatar novelistic dastans.

The conducted research allows us to conclude that the religion of Islam had a huge impact on the Tatar novelistic dastans. They tell from beginning to end the deep faith of the protagonists to the almighty, religious terms are often used, there are characters that take place in the scriptures of Muslims.
